I’m there most days for an ice matcha. Most of the time they are spot on with service and consistency. But today they failed. I went to the one on Main Street first the ice matcha was horrible so we drove to the one on 19th. Much to my suprise they failed us today. The one on the left was from main and the on on the right was from 19th. They both ended up down the drain. Garbage!!!!! I can tell by how dark the drink was they weren’t right. 😩😩🫤🫤🫤🫤

I recently visited a Starbucks and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. What impressed me the most was that they use reusable cups for in-store consumption, which is such a great eco-friendly initiative. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 🇺🇸

Absolutely FANTASTIC SERVICE! GARRETT WAS AMAZING! He was so friendly and welcoming and as I waited for my drink they offered me a free drink to sample the new Ube coconut macchiato! Truly delicious, thanks so much guys!! 😁

I never leave reviews, but I just want to shout out the two baristas that helped me today. My car broke down in the drive-through and they helped push me out and still gave me my food and drink. They went above and beyond and were so friendly. They definitely need to be rewarded!! Thank you!!

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD. IT IS FEB 18th 2026 7:00 p.m. AND I JUST ORDERED A MATCHA AND TO MY SURPRISE I JUST GOT RASPBERRY MILK. I DID ASK FOR 1PUMP OF RASPBERRY SYRUP IN MY MATCHA BUT WAS EXPECTING THE FULL THING TO JUST BE RASPBERRY MILK. I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IT WAS JUST TOO MUCH RASPBERRY BUT YIU CAN JUST TELL FROM THE COLOR THAT NO! MATCHA! WAS! IN! IT!
