Starbucks Coffee Company

This morning I stopped to pick up 4 drinks before getting to work, it's near my job so I chose this location, today I experience terrible customer service the girl in the window was trying to give me an order that wasn't mine then she gave me a wrong drink, she said I asked for it hot when I expecifictly told her it was 2 upsidedown ice caramel, to top it of both drinks looked like they put expired milk unfortunately my coworkers didn't realize it until the product was almost done. Definitely won't be shopping here anymore

Not happy with the way my iced coffees were made. It lack the flavor I ordered and it was so bitter almost tasted like black coffee. I was so upset to point I just went to another Starbucks location where they actually made it good. Not coming back to this location.

Don’t bother coming this Starbucks. Employees here are incredibly rude and don’t care about their customers. Worst service ever. Walked inside with a friend, waited in line for long time behind two other people, and when it was our turn the employee at the register just turned her back at us and started doing other things, completely ignoring us (the customers trying to order). She made herself looked busy and didn’t pay any attention to us as we waited a very long time to order in front of the register. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for her to even acknowledge us or glance at us, she finally came to take our order. Rude employee if you don’t like attending people get a job that you don’t have to deal with people handing my items to me like I was killing him. I was polite and thank him but not back to this one.

Alexa was very rude and confrontational with me bc I asked for light ice before she made my drink. Apparently im going to “throw off inventory” by having 2 less ice cubes in my small drink, because I forgot to say light ice when she rang it in. It’s never that serious sis, and this drink is not even good.
