Starbucks Coffee Company

I usually place my order through the mobile app ahead of time, but when I arrive, they are barely starting to work on it. It then takes another 10–15 minutes for my order to be ready. I normally come in around 5:00 Am, and the service during that time is very slow. I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes that the process can be improved.

Everytime I order at Starbucks, there are 1/4 to 1/3 of chance the Barista will get it wrong. They always offer to remake them for me so really it’s not a big thing. This Starbucks is the only one I have been EVER mess up my order and refuse to get it right. I am not sure whether it’s another of the broader Starbucks policy, or it’s the store policy. I will not visit this store anymore, very disappointed as Starbucks’ overall service quality seems to keep dropping

**EDIT** 11/29/24 I come here a lot, and after considering my visits, my previous bad experience was more like a bad day out of the month. The people are usually nice and the food is good. I will still continue to go to this location since it’s so close to me and I usually have a good experience .🙂 **End Edit** Just came out and they did not fasten my top to my drink and the top half came spilling out all over my car. Then I go to open my sandwich, and the whole thing looks like it was squeezed in the hand before being put in the bag. The whole experience was disappointing and disgusting.

Staff were nice enough but drink not ready even though I ordered ahead with the mobile app, and then it was watered down and tasted off. Maybe a bad day? But I probably will go somewhere else next time

Come here often and they're usually pretty good, but today I feel cheated. My cup felt so light and when I got back to my car I opened it and saw my grande was really a tall. Check your drink before you leave.
