Starbucks Coffee Company

Alya did an amazing job this morning! She was the only one operating this location and had stated that the Big Starbucks in town was closed. She had several orders and several customers waiting that should have overwhelmed her! However, she handled every customer and order with professionalism and expertise. While some people want to be impatient, remember that she is doing the best she can to keep up and deserves praise! Thank you for taking care of us! We love you. You are a rock star!!!

I wouldn't know how the food or the atmosphere is because I never got my coffee. I ordered a grande and eventually cub, and when they gave me the full amount of coffee they you wouldn't give me enough cream in it. They wanted to charge me for a venti for a grande coffee. The guy wouldn't find a way to work it out with me.And I call that extremely poor customer servic. Starbucks lost a customer today. I have never I had an issue at Starbucks before with an employee, not letting me have my coffee or working it out somehow

It is a Starbucks, but seems to be a very poorly run location. Showed up about 15-20 minutes before they were supposed to close specifically to get a drink while traveling. No staff anywhere to be seen, waited around until a few minutes after the hour ... Finally several staff members came out from hiding in the storage closet?!? A staff member made some comment, vaguely asking if we wanted something. Said we had stopped for drinks ... We were accused of showing up after they closed and it was too late. We commented, in a patient way, about having waited for a while since they were supposed to be open and got a rude reply and some lame excuse about the machine taking too long (even though it shouldn't be shut down before they even close). A very rude, complete lack of service. Amaz

3/29/2024 7:48pm. Rude as can be barrista with no consideration or explanation. I knew they were closing at 8pm, asked if I could get a cup of simple coffee and all she said was she was not going to brew anymore coffee. No apologies, no understanding, no explanation just a rude inconsiderate reply. If she worked for me she would no longer have a job if she treated my clients anything resembling that. Wierd...

Not only was my drink done wrong but the person in front of me his was as well and nothing was done about it. This location doesnt have the stress or rate of customers like the main one yet still get orders wrong with poor customer service and lack luster hygiene with hair not being pulled back and seeing strands everywere.
