Worst Starbucks experience ever. Had poor service at this Starbucks before but today was over the top. Would give a zero if I could. I was the only car at the drive thru and it took them 5 minutes just to take my order. When I received the order, after another 10 minute wait, the tops weren't on the drinks correctly and spilled all over me and the inside of my car. The Baristas were totally disinterested and actually closer to rude. Didn't even bother to go inside to get them remade.

Took about ten minutes just to get the customers single drink in front of us. When we paid for it, they didn’t use the points from the app we had and they said “you didn’t ask for it.” The first thing we asked for was for her to use the points and we made it clear. We didn’t mumble it or anything, she just simply couldn’t hear well. The drinks were prepared differently compared to the other Starbucks we’ve been to, less quality and effort, all the whip cream was on the bottom. Won’t be stopping by again.

My husband and I came in to get our drinks remade and Landen was more than happy to help! He remade our drinks with great enthusiasm and they were both made deliciously! Thanks so much for making our Starbucks experience amazing!

Great experience every time! I typically place my order through the Starbucks app, and when I arrive to the drive-thru my drink and breakfast are always ready and made fresh. This is very important considering I work in the area, and most mornings I don’t have a lot of time. So the fact that this location is extremely convenient to my new employer and my order is always accurate I will continue to be a returning customer.

Skip it - worst customer service - charged twice - for a drink that was supposed to be a birthday points, showed two charges and Manager gave worst response ever. The fact that I gave Up and walked out even thought I paid for Two drink when I was Supposed to get a birthday reward… well that says enough.
