Every time I come to this exact Starbucks , my order is never right ! When you say something to them they want to make it over ! Why not make it right the first time . I stopped coming to this location and go to the other one further down in Okatie because it seems like they don’t understand the drink . I just won’t come back to that location and baristas should know how to properly make the drinks !!!!!! What I ask for and what I got !!!

Alex made me the best banana bread matcha Iv ever had! Debra took my order and was so friendly. This is a great Starbucks. I sometimes feel like other locations rush your drink and they come out half as good as they should!! NOT HERE don’t pass them up.

ARI IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Had such a great experience, great drinks, she was so nice! Best barista ever!

My app told me my order would be ready at 11:32, at 11:51, I asked the girl making drinks what was going on. I don't think it had popped up on her screen yet, she asked me what it was and made it immediately. It's not you staff's fault, they are obviously nice & competent, and this is a busy location. I think there is an issue with your online ordering system pairing with your kitchen display system.

I eat at a different Starbucks every Friday and I really like this one. It was busy but still pleasant. That's very good service.
