Starbucks Coffee Company

This location is my most favorite! When my mom was in the hospital, I would stop here on the way and get her a drink to surprise her during the holidays. This Starbucks is exceptional with genuine smiles, and a lovely atmosphere. :)

A smaller location with some basic seating. The drive thru tends to get very busy so recommend mobile order. Parking is someone limited and shared with other businesses, so sometimes can be a challenge.

The lady that served me at the drive through, didn't ask her name she is so amazing. She had a nose ring. Very kind, welcoming and has good spirit. Should have tipped more.

App wouldn’t work she made it seem like my fault at first the blamed it on the airport being so close. Works fine at SeaTac. Forgot my cookie and just walked to the back after my order. The other staff said it should be up soon to later grab it from the cold storage and make it. Almost said never-mind In fear it would be tainted due to me questioning why the app didn’t work based on the attitude I received.

I have been a customer at this Mukilteo Starbucks drive-thru for over 10 years, and I have never felt the need to write a review until now. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a new employee named “Irem” was the worst customer service I have ever encountered at Starbucks. When I handed her my gift card to pay, she looked at me strangely and asked, “What is this?” I told her it was a gift card, yet the way she looked at me was dismissive and disrespectful. My total was $23, and the card had $10 on it. After applying the card, I asked why the total was still $23. Instead of checking with another barista, she snapped back with, “Just say so!” Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and left me shocked.
