Starbucks Coffee Company

Great coffee and service. I’m so glad I can go anywhere in the world and get my latte exactly how I like it. 👍👍❤️👏

On vacation went to the Starbucks in the old Port area of Portland. Ordered a coffee and had to wipe down the table because it was dirty. Then had to use the restroom got the code reluctantly from an employee. When I went to wash my hands, there was no soap. Then I went back to the table and was sitting next to the counter with the sugar and napkins, etc.. I noticed there was not one napkin in the dispenser. I looked up at the barista area and there were three employees standing there talking amongst themselves. A while later, an employee came by with a rag and barely cleaned the area, sweeping the crumbs and such on the floor and air in my direction. Napkins never got reloaded. All in all it was a dirty experience and the employees were apathetic and lazy.

One drink is half full, the other doesn’t have the caramel in the Carmel macchiato. 25$ for two failed drinks. They keep raising prices to account for falling number of orders. It’s why Starbucks in Portland are closing left and right. Assume this one will be next

Love this cafe! These baristas are friendly, fast and thoughtful with the recommendations. Shout out to Roni and Kat, they were so nice!

The young man who took my order and the young lady made my latte and conversed with me some were very nice. Great attitudes and that's appreciated
