Jennifer has a very strong service mentality; she maintained a smile from the moment she met me. It was my first time ordering via the app, and I selected the wrong location. She comforted me and helped me resolve the issue. I felt as warm as sunshine! I hope the manager can see this good review .She will make many customers choose this location again!

Rudest Starbucks I have ever been to.... Haven't had one good experience and kept trying but after rejecting my bill in a roundabout way, without telling me "no" the lady with white hair told me her GM was there and didn't let me ask for their manager.. then.. (right in front of me) talked shit about me to her coworker for being difficult and then he ran to the back to tell everyone else and next thing I knew, I have people coming out from the back just to stair at me like I was crazy and the entire bar acting weird. Like? Ok.... I used to work at Starbucks and when we had a big bill, I would get my manager and they would get the change to break it so we can keep happy customers. I cannot believe this is how I was treated when I never had a problem doing this for other people at my locatio

Every time i come here to get this location they never have any teas in stock. With the weather getting colder i don’t understand why we’re not ordering more. The cashier was super low vibrational and it just looked like everyone that was working was dragging. But the store was clean and there were plenty of places to sit.

I ordered the summer drink frappe without caffeine. It was bit sweet but really good !
