Starbucks Coffee Company

On December 9th, at 4pm, I encountered an extremely rude employee. A gentleman with gray hair, wearing glasses. There was one person in the store ahead of me already ordering. He asked me to step a foot over to be in line even although there was no one else in the store at that time. When I placed my order, he said "we don't have it". Didn't ask would I like anything else. I left the store. I have never met a Starbucks employee with such an attitude. I won't be back.

A really sweet barista called Christine took my order and was really helpful and friendly while I ordered! Generally pleasant experience, would go again.

Friendly location. Always helpful even when there’s a line out the door. I always order ahead and it’s typically done before expected pickup time.

This Starbucks has the worst Craftsmanship in drinks. I asked for a black cold brew with some foam on top, they basically gave me a glass of milk. And when I pointed it out they seemed very annoyed and miserable. I had to ask twice to fix it. $6 for a drink... needs to be well done.

Super busy location, but then again, what Starbucks isn’t at this point? Staff was friendly & drink was made right. Overall, I am very satisfied.
