Starbucks Coffee Company

The service was extremely slow and quite poor. When I ordered, I had to ask if I could order yet because the barista didn’t say a word to me, just stared. My drink was fine, but realized too late that it was made with real milk instead of the oat milk I ordered - I was sick all night as I am lactose intolerant. I’ve never had this issue at Starbucks, so I didn’t even consider it a possibility until I left the store. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I see good in people who works in a busy fast phase environment but this Starbucks need a manager to tell the older lady that works there to work and help this poor girl in the photo doing all the work. I give two stars to this store coz it’s beyond slow service because only the girl in this photo works. She does all the drinks while the older lady chit chat her life away to everyone and get side track. I over heard two customers in front of me saying grande and she keep saying you like venti. The older lady takes forever to take an order while the line is up to the entrance door. Hope the younger girl will find a better barista that works with her on this busy granby location. It's very hit and miss with this one. They have their umteenth new crew and they have no motivation. Don't order ahead expecting your drink to be done in time. It was faster to go in and order last time. I oredered online and got my drink I ordered at the counter faster, as well as 3 other customers before my online order was even started. They will stand there and stare at you while slowly stocking. The drinks taste different every time. They don't taste like soap anymore which is a bonus!

Tried to order something & they were closing, so I couldn’t get anything. I came in at 1:30pm on a Sunday. Disappointing.

This is the only Starbucks in Granby inside City Market. Rosa took my order & made my yummy tall sweet vanilla cream cold brew 😋
