Starbucks Coffee Company

Came to this location due to my usual not have my breakfast sandwich or hot tea...mind blowing! This location is very hidden, one can easily miss it. Google Maps led me to it pretty straight on. Service was good. I ended up deciding last minute yo buy gift cards and they still had multiple holiday cards available which was awesome. Food was good, too. My drink was slightly off, but I was already in a good mood with the whole atmosphere and whatnot, that it was fine. I recommend this hidden spot.

I’ve been coming to this spot for years and have never had a problem until recently. The manager (I believe her name is Yari), has the worst customer service ever. My husband always gets the same drink and asks for light ice, but she never gives us light ice. So instead, we tried to ask for ice on the side and she kept telling us that she couldn’t do that and that was a different drink and it almost felt like she was refusing to make his drink the way he was asking for it. We are willing to pay extra, that’s not the issue and we have told her this, but regardless she always refuses to make it. It is not a complex drink and any other Starbucks makes it with no problem. This location was recently remodeled. The design and craftmanship of the remodel is excellent. I was here during an extremely busy time but still experienced good customer service and received my order promptly.

I am one of the managers of the 24 hr fitness across the parking lot and we love coming over here for our nightly coffees! The 2 girls there in the evenings (I think they might be cousins) lol are great! Very hardworking and make it a fun atmosphere. Kyle is very nice too!! He’s always a joy to talk to! Will forever only come to this Starbucks location!

While inside we saw a man drop his drink as he was trying to get his food. Before he could say anything an employee already started making him a new drink and 2 more ran to clean up mess. The man felt bad for causing a mess. But they were so kind, EXCELLENT.
