Starbucks Coffee Company

My least favorite Starbucks. Most of the time, the drinks don't taste quite right. The last time I went, the pumpkin spice latte tasted like old coffee and some kind of spice that didn't taste like pumpkin.

I'm not very pleased with this location. I've been here multiple times and just recently they keep trying to charge me 1 extra dollar for asking for light ice on a latte.. One day I come in and get the extra charge, and some days I don't?? Its ridiculous getting charged for light ice. I will never be coming back here!

From the moment I stepped into the Starbucks at the Gilbertsville Giant, my life was changed. Dylan and Roman were the nicest baristas I have ever come across (mind you I have traveled to sooooo many starbucks in this area). They were both so welcoming and made my experience better than I ever could have imagined. My drink was magnificent! It left a great taste in my mouth and I will definitely be returning!

Starbucks in a Giant, slow service, get orders wrong…they didn’t have basic coffee ready, no lids, and put the wrong pump in our drink…this had basically happened our last 2 times

I ordered a drink, asked for splendid to be put in after the drink. The girl working was too busy talking to her friends, put my splendid in first then the drink don't even think she shook my drink because everything was stuck on the bottom. I then had to ask for a straw to mix up my drink on my own Not once. Did the girls stop talking to her friends that were standing at the counter that were not customers nor working should've drove down to the other store as I was going to, but it was convenient at the time.
