Starbucks Coffee Company

Great location and lovely staff working here - always a smile, hello, and cheerful engagement. There are some constant staff and then some rotation but have to say I always feel valued and appreciated as a customer. They are super fast at doing your drinks and food. I do order a few minutes before I go there as I live down the road and its handy to get the order in, breeze in and they have it ready. I also don't mind waiting but figure sometimes its easier for them when you order ahead. Location is always spotless and there is nearly always someone cleaning up, wiping floors or making sure its clean. They do have seating outside the store which closes in the evenings but is usually well set with students from AU and retirees and business folks doing interviews and meetings. They also

i played an online order about 30 minutes before i got to the store and it was still not ready, i order two drinks and neither had even been started a long with a crossiont which had not been warmed. There was very few people inside which had ordered at the counter after i have ordered mine and they got there drinks first. I am so disappointed with them, i had to leave most of the things i had ordered and they didn’t even give me a refund or apologize, i understand that there were other people but they handled it terribly, i have seen a morning rush with over 30 people in a starbucks and they worked quicker then this one. Keep in minds it’s about 2pm, im so disappointed and will not be returning , have better luck going to compus coffee a few minutes up the road.

I don’t know what’s going on at this Starbucks, but apparently making a simple drink in under 20 minutes is considered rocket science here. I’ve waited less time in airport security lines. I watched three different employees shuffle around like they were stuck in slow motion while mobile orders piled up. if you would like a drink made sometime in this century go anywhere but here. This is the place of nightmares

I stopped here at 3 pm on a week day. My order was taken immediately and my coffee was in my hand two minutes later.

Staff spent extraordinary time with one attractive customer while line grew. Latte was all milk no coffee.
