I’m disappointed to see how a business is run on a beautiful morning. This store is located in a busy area by the highway, and I stopped to pick up a cup of coffee and some food. Unfortunately, the restroom was extremely filthy urine on the floors and feces on the toilet seat. I ordered coffee, egg bites, and oatmeal with blueberries, which were expired (dated 2/23/26). I called the store, and a gentleman answered. He told me to come back for a refund. He did apologize and mentioned he had just checked and found blueberries dated March 2 but today is March 4, so those were expired as well. This is not about getting my money back. I ordered 5 drinks, and 2 specific drinks were pretty upsetting scrimping out on the portion while the matcha also tasting very milky, while I asked for 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and it still tasted very milky. Very unsatisfied with these drinks.

So bad… Two Breve’s and a hot chocolate. It’s always a warning when the Barista doesn’t know what a Breve is… “You mean a Latte…” Umm… no. A Breve is like that but has half and half. “So, a Latte with half and half?” Yeah, that’ll work. We drove off… my 7 year old spit the “hot chocolate out.” 99 percent water with a dash of chocolate syrup? Gross. My Breve… seemed to be missing the coffee part that goes into it. Yikes. Do better.

I've been here multiple times and the staff are always super friendly, but everytime I go, there's this manager that is super rude and standoffish. I didnt get her name because she either doesnt wear a name tag or she writes it tiny to read. She's on the older side compared to staff and wears glasses. Everytime I come in for my drive thru order she is always rude. Today she was getting pissed of and said "what the hell where did this come from" when one of the nice gentlemen handed her my missing drive thru item tag. I mean cmon how am I suppose feel. The time before this I came in again for a drive thru order. I couldn't find my order as nothing was labeled on the big bags. I am a firm believer not to touch any of the drinks or bags without knowing it's mine because of germs and people do

Ordered a sandwich from here for lunch today. First time it was made incorrectly. When I went in for a replacement, the sandwich was ice cold. Got a 2nd replacement which was still cold throughout. I have never had this issue at another store and feel like my time and money was wasted. Didn't bother going back for another. Judging by the reviews this is just a bad location.
