I understand mornings are busy, but 24 min for a drip coffee and a latte is a really long wait. When we finally did receive our order, it was wrong. Who knew a grande black coffee was so difficult? My husband's coffee turned out so sweet he couldn't drink it. Always do the drive-thru. No matter how long the line looks, its always quicker than going inside

I came to this Starbucks to burn a gift card that I had for years. Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of their coffee and that still remains to be true. There’s just such an off taste on most of the coffee and it often just tastes burnt. My coffee tasted similarly as it does from any Starbucks. You’re better off getting a Frappuccino or some other drink which doesn’t actually have coffee in it because good lord I’m surprised anyone can stomach their blends. In any case, the service was reasonably quick despite having quite a few online orders and a busy drive thru. It just astounds me how this company continues to churn out mediocre coffee.

Arriving at 5:30am when it's still dark, there were two other customers in here with laptops. I was able to plug in and spend two hours sipping my coffee and writing Yelp reviews. The shop seems much louder than it was before. Is it because I'm ten years older? Wooden chairs scraping on the concrete floor are loud. Baristas talking at each other was loud. The music was not bad at all. Comfortable enough for sitting with a laptop. Just be prepared for the noise.

So I really love going to the Starbucks in the area the team is fantastic they’re very friendly very nice customer service skills are all up to par I couldn’t be happy with my experience with the Starbucks compared to many others Zack and his team are truly passionate about what they do to make their customer satisfied with their experience at this location the location is clean convenient and nothing better

Honey citrus mint tea was the worse, taste old, wasn’t hot, first and last time there, I had to ask for a sleeve and stopper for a supposedly HOT Drink 🤦🏽‍♀️I’ll stick with Eden Way in Chesapeake never a problem.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
