Starbucks Coffee Company

Brand new Starbucks on Hwy 71 did not disappoint. Employees were friendly and polite, got my order out quickly, and it was delicious. Plus the store still had that fresh “new car” type smell, or whatever the new store equivalent would be. Will be returning soon!

I’ve always loved Starbucks and usually feel welcome there, which is why this experience was so upsetting. I came in with my tiny toy poodle, who is extremely calm, clean, and well-behaved. I have never had an issue at other locations before. Being refused service so abruptly made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I completely understand that there are policies, but the situation could have been handled with more kindness and understanding. I left feeling really disappointed.

Went through today around 10:30 AM and ordered two grande cinnamon dolce lattes. I specified that one was hot, but my fiancé didn’t hear that part and told the barista to “go ahead and make it two.” When we got to the window, the employee who took our payment was extremely kind and understanding when my fiancé realized the mistake and politely asked if his drink could be remade iced. She reassured us that it was no problem. However, when another employee handed him the corrected drink, she said in a very aggressive and condescending tone, “Next time tell us AT THE BOX how you want it.” Mistakes happen, and we were apologetic about ours, but the attitude was unnecessary—especially after another employee had already handled the situation kindly. Drinks were good, though.

wonderful experience at this starbucks! they were happy to remake my drink and it tasted perfect. i hope they start seeing more traffic soon!

Starbucks on 71 may have just reeled in a regular they were so kind to me and were patient with me when I didn't know what I wanted and answered all my questions. The one employee who made my experience awesome was named Nathan he was kind and I loved his attitude. Thank you for making my experience
