Starbucks Coffee Company

Ok so I am not a review type but when it’s good it’s hella good . I am by far the hardest person to make a drink for, but these peeps at the Fort Payne food city are killing it !! Always smiling , very friendly, well dressed and always eager to help !! Most of these workers are young!! I just wanted to say thank yall guys !! I never have to worry if my drink is not made right !! Again thanks ! I wish I knew two of the workers names (I am old and forget my own name ) but one girl has round glasses and is like always there but she is very sweet and Starbucks needs to move that girl up to some type of management. And one boy is so sweet and always just seems so balky to be there !! They all should be acknowledged for outstanding customer service plus the barista skills are great.

My husband and I come in twice a week. Our orders are always perfection and the wait is very short. We had a favorite Christmas drink which became no longer available and they offered to mix him up one that wa almost identical. We love to sit by the fireplace and enjoy it. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Great Starbucks.

Paid for large cappuccino and that's how much they gave me. Half the cup and the rest with some foam. It tasted terrible. I can't believe people pay for this shit. Not going to do it for me.

Love this place . My order is always good..no waiting... employees are willing to customize your order..very friendly and remember your order when you come in. Beautiful place by the fire to sit and enjoy it. Great Starbucks

Located inside of Food City. Coffee is good. Employees are friendly. As others noted, they are a little slow but in my experience that is common for a Starbucks located inside of another store. I’m assuming it has to do with the size of area they have to work with since it’s pretty small. I’ve visited here a few times now and they always stay busy so I don’t think that it’s the employees fault.
