If you do not know how to properly make multiple drinks at the same time, you probably shouldn't do it. There is one morning employee who pulls multiple cups and disorganizes them. Attempts to make multiple drinks at one time, which ends up tripling the time it takes to make them and then does it out of order. Mobile orders are not prioritized so you are waiting 20+ minutes for your drink while people who order at the counter get theirs quickly.

This Starbucks is a solid spot for coffee and a quick bite. They offer a wide range of drinks and seasonal options that are always enjoyable. The café itself is clean, cozy, and located in a convenient area, which makes it a great place to stop by whether you’re on the go or want to sit and relax for a bit. Customer service is decent—orders are handled properly and the staff keeps things moving smoothly. Overall, it’s a dependable Starbucks with good drinks and a comfortable atmosphere, definitely worth visiting if you’re nearby.

Not worth the money you pay. $6 for favored water. Am I missing what a frappe is supposed to be? Or has Dutch Bros spoiled me?

How are you going yo insult me and mistaking a simple name (NIKKI) as (ikki - icky)? What’s icky?? I asked is this for Nikki ? She said “I would assume so” huh??? Is it or is it not, and no apology for disrespecting my name no smiles nothing. If you don’t like making coffee and treating people with respect then find a job elsewhere. Never coming back and informing everyone else to not come to this coffee shop. No wonder hundreds are closing recently.

The Starbucks Coffee ship located in Sierra Vista, is a quaint and small coffee shop, prices are as normal per Starbucks chain. Recently remodeled so it’s a nice change of pace and has a homey feel. Although parking can be a bit of a hassle I recommend going behind the facility where there is much more space for parking.
