This Starbucks is a standout, especially being right on base. The staff is super friendly and helpful just ask, and they'll guide you to the best drink for your taste. They're so knowledgeable about the menu, it feels like you’re getting personalized coffee advice! Plus, many people order online and never have a hiccup with their coffee. Great service, great drinks it’s the go to spot!

As I went in, there was an employee taking a break outside. When I went in, there was a long line. So I took a break and made a call. When I returned there was 1 employee working very hard. She was a blond haired lady. The other 2 employees were chatting to the side, not helping her. I went to the register, and those employees ignored me and kept chatting. A line formed behind me. The blond lady asked them a couple of times to help before they relunctly started working again. I ordered a sandwich and a drink. It said 10% discount with Star Card, but they did not give me the discount. I sat down and waited. The blond lady then asked if I ordered a drink. She said they didn't ring it up, but she overheard me order it, so she made it. I was impressed that despite working so hard, s

Staff is awesome but they are severely understaffed. Took 25 minutes to get my coffee. Again was not on fault of the staff, they were nice and professional. There is only so much they could do.

Came in for a grande cold brew—left with a masterclass in how not to fix a mistake. They gave me the wrong size (shorter than requested), and when I pointed it out, their solution was to pour it into a bigger cup, dump in some milk and ice, and act like that made it a grande. So… the answer to getting the size right is just dilution? Cool. Love paying extra for watered-down disappointment. It’s coffee, not rocket science. But apparently even that’s asking too much.

Worst Starbucks ever. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the lack of taxes, which is not their accomplishment, so I'm being generous. Barristas do not know how to make espresso drinks properly, and when you tell them that the drink wasn't too great because this or that had been done to it, and suggest they do it that way instead, they actually have the nerves to argue with you. Wifi is a hit or miss, cannot redeem points, no bathrooms, usually dirty, I can do this all day...
