Starbucks Coffee Company

Mixed bag here because service was so great. I ordered 3 petite scones and was given a fourth for free! The bathroom was unfortunately pretty gross and I'm hoping it was just an off day or they had maybe been too busy to get around to cleaning it yet?

I ordered the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with ristretto shots and brown sugar cold foam. This drink was absolutely perfect! The store was incredibly busy when I went in, and you could tell the baristas were under a lot of pressure. That said, they handled it like pros staying welcoming, friendly, and fast. I really appreciated their positive energy despite the rush. Great experience all around.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The lid didn’t fit the cup they gave me, so I asked for a new one. The second lid still didn’t fit, and I had to ask for another cup. My sister also had an issue. She placed her order with an employee, but that employee wrote the next customer’s order under my sister’s name. We stood there trying to figure out whose food belonged to whom, and the employees didn’t even apologize for the confusion. These were the most irresponsible and careless Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered.

I had a cappuccino many times this month. All had the same taste except the one here. I got 4 cappuccino for about 19$. All money waste. They just filled the whole thing with milk. There was no foam. They didn't tell me to pick for a long time all drinks were cold. There was limited to no coffee taste. I was ashamed to ask for a refund. But if any Starbucks experience deserves a refund it was this. We trashed it. Such a waste of money milk and time.

Have to agree with most of the negative reviews My 2 star review is specifically to address the rude customer service by a staff who had a mustache serving drive through counter The lady in the counter was actually nice but the guy walked to me with my venti coffee and said he cannot give me an extra cup when I requested for a double cup. He said they are low on inventory and don’t offer double cups anymore without even offering me an alternative The lady of course helped me with an alternative cup holder If they are super busy during holidays staff should take a break and return back to work in a better mood instead of showing attitude to their customers
