Just had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks location! Our barista, I think her name was Hailee, was so friendly and intentional. Even with us coming in later in the night, we felt very welcomed. Was really impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the store! Great location!

Every visit is consistently great, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. My drinks are made perfectly every time, and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax or get some work done. It’s clear the team really cares about their customers and the experience they create. Thanks for the amazing service and great coffee, you’ve definitely made me a loyal customer! ☕😊

Not sure how this location got a 4.2 grade. I'm pretty sure they have friends and family writing fake reviews. Anyway....first things first....no one at this location had on gloves. I saw with my own two eyes the manager touching someone's bagel, with no gloves. I actually planned to get the turkey bacon with egg whites sandwich. But changed my mind and settled for a hot chocolate, after seeing how unhygienic the employees are. Also....the atmosphere towards me was not at all friendly. Don't get me wrong....no one was rude...but I picked up a weird vibe. From the way they looked at me. As if I did not belong in there. I will not get into what I believe the problem is.....let's just say i don't look like them. Needless to say...it was my first time there (and I'm sure no one cares) but it w

Order DoorDash, got a Venti cold brew poured out the cold brew, and it wasn’t even 6 ounces, cup was completely full with ice, along with a brown sugar, shaken espresso. Called to address it, worker was immediately very standoffish, rude, stating ““ it just happens what do you want me to say? “ I work in the service industry at a café as well, and this is completely unacceptable. The issue itself is one thing, but the attitude and service and atmosphere is a whole other thing period.

What an amazing Starbucks, Brenda made my experience worth it. Brenda was kind and friendly with her customers service. Brenda used name recognition and also maintain eye contact. What an amazing team that works there. Brenda made my Carmel coffee just right. Great job Brenda you get 5 stars and she needs a raise. Blair is an amazing Starbucks employee what an amazing smile. Very friendly and kind to me and my brother. Blair ensure the outside is clean and well disinfected.The outdoor seating is kind and friendly great to bring kids for dessert.
