Starbucks Coffee Company

They're great folks! It's always super nice and clean inside, the staff is attentive, and my coffee is perfect each time. Really zero complaints. Today I ordered a hot sandwich and it came out kinda cold in the middle, but since microwaves can be so iffy heating stuff up sometimes - it's really no big deal, anyone with a microwave/toaster at home understands this. When I'd asked for it to be remade real quick, the team fixed it on the spot for me. I probably only waited a MAX 2 minutes. They were pretty busy too even, but still got me a new sandwich very quickly. This Starbucks location is always fast, friendly, and considerate. All great experiences here; will 100000000% be back; great team; great service.

Doc was was there when I visited this Starbucks recently and ordered a caramel sugar-free latte with protein. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the staff member’s attitude. He seemed disengaged, did not greet me, and initially did not want to scan my app. I was visibly struggling with the scanner, and he did not offer help until I specifically asked. To be fair, once I asked, he did assist me and completed the order. However, the lack of friendliness, eye contact, and basic customer service made the visit feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Starbucks is usually known for welcoming service, so this experience did not meet that standard.

Recently, I have had one Employees sneeze directly into my coffee. Then she proceeded to open up a blueberry package and heat it up. She did not wash her hands. She did not wipe the counter. This is disgusting. I called Corporate Starbucks never got an answer back yesterday. I went to have a peppermint mocha coffee, and I asked if someone else could make it for me. The gentleman next to me was concerned that the same person is putting her hands on the top of the cup, where we have to drink, she had no gloves and was touching the top of the cups, which is unsanitary. My final comment is the same person showed hostility rudeness and unprofessional behavior again. I suggest extra training for a healthy atmosphere should be available to these employees. It is very important that we are careful

We've been here twice, and both times, customer service has been exceptional. Our drinks have been perfectly done(most of our drinks have special requests or substitutions) The only negative I see is no restrooms and no tables. Please keep hiring gentlemen like the ones in this location, definitely an asset to Starbucks.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to stop in before work. They always put me in such a good mood with their kindness. The manager remembered how much I craved the brownie during my pregnancy and how sad I was when it Was discontinued. One day I returned to pick up my drink, Not only did she remember me, but she made sure to let me know it was back in stock. She made such a huge impression that dayI still remember her name, Zena. They always make my drink so perfectly, and write the cutest little things on my cup. I literally drive out of my way just to visit this location.
