I was incredibly clumsy and accidentally dropped a Maryland mug as a gift for a friend. The associates were so kind about the incident, cleaned up the mess, and asked me to get a replacement. Thank you for showing kindness and excellent customer service. You didn’t have to do that but I appreciate you so much for sparing me the embarrassment. Now I can enjoy my Mint Majesty tea.

I would like to give a shout out whoever was my barista on 2/27 at 7pm! You created the most adorable design on my drink cup! Creating a customer service positive experience is definitely key for customers to return! Also my coffee was made within a few minutes prior to creating my mobile order! Keep up the enthusiasm on the Starbucks evening team!!!

Poorly blended matcha latte. Bitter chunks of matcha floating around. I've had this drink before and this is not how you do it guys! Do better next time, please. Also I requested "light ice" but virtually the whole damn cup was pretty filled with ice. Also tables were super dirty. Someone needs to regularly clean up tables.

Super friendly and helpful staff! When they were out of a sandwich I wanted they recommended something similar. Very quick turnaround on my order, and it was made perfectly!
