Starbucks Coffee Company

Been a gold member since 2008 so I definitely know how a darn coffee should taste from this franchise. Lol. Took 30 MINUTES to get my coffee at the pick up lane since I made my order through the app. Pathetic service. Asked for light ice and an extra shot since I ordered a Venti size. I literally received the entire cup full of ice! Which it was a maybe a small/ tall cup of coffee poured into the venti size and yet it looked as if the cup had been sitting for those 30 minutes at the shelve lol. Next time fill the cup as well! Definitely will not be going back to this exact location. Rather drive to Bay City

I've ordered the same drink three times now at this location and each time it has been completely different. The first time it was phenomenal it tasted great, the last two times it's just been horrible. I order the Venti Salted Caramel Cream cold brew. This time around they tell me they are out of salt for the salted caramel cream... it is convenient being able to order on the app and picking it up, but if there's no consistency, I think I will be taking my money elsewhere Or making coffee at home.

I'm very happy to see that they brought a chain like Starbucks into El Campo. It is a growing and thriving community. My concern that I have with this franchise is they come into a town and they do absolutely no public outreach or local support of the community. If you're going to come into a town and bring a franchise, you need to invest in the community and not just have the town invest in you. Some examples if you need are join the chamber or sponsor a local team. Children need sponsorships for them to get involved in sports and the community needs a strong chamber so businesses can coexist. Please don't be part of the problem.

I was excited to have a starbuck close by, however the drink i always order, everysingle time taste different, last time it tasted like milk and sugar
