Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a grande White Mocha with soy milk. When I first received it, it was too hot to taste, so I didn’t try it until I got home. Once I did, it tasted nothing like a white mocha—just milk and chocolate. I opened the lid and there wasn’t any coffee at all. It’s upsetting because you pay almost $7 for milk and chocolate. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my drink has been made incorrectly, which is why I’m leaving this review.

Order completely wrong, I had to correct the cashier multiple times in my order still came out completely wrong. When she handed it to me and I told her that I didn’t say the word hazelnut once she insisted that French vanilla includes hazelnut not just vanilla. I also ordered two pumps of syrup and somehow ended up with 12 pumps in it no idea how that happened. Absolutely terrible service.

they didnt put my lid on tight enough!!! I went to go grab my drink and all of a sudden the lid came off and splat. There goes my drink all over the floor. I was looking forward to my drink all day and then my day was ruined. I went back inside storming fuming and angry to ask for my refund and they didn’t give me one. not only did they ruin my day, but they also ruined their company. Starbucks I hope you know you lost a loyal customer! PUT THE LID ON RIGHT NEXT TIME!!

I really do like going to Starbucks although I know all their food is frozen but it's not too bad if you need a quick meal someplace. Their double chocolatey chip frappuccino is delicious, I get iced teas often and sometimes even a warm vanilla cream in the winter. I will grab a protein box for longer travel and I like their brownies and cake pops. If you happen to be another countries check them out because they do have different things than your own country.

I went through the drive through today, and I must not have been clear when I ordered. When I got to the window I asked if there was any way they could remake my drink the way I actually wanted it and they were so kind to do it. I really appreciate them taking the time to do it when I made a mistake.
