Staff-Bella This particul location the rep named Bella was outstanding in her service . She was so sweet and patiently heard to what we wanted to order and really gave attention to our preference on suggesting a juice for my son with low sugar and also she made sure he liked it .. the first he didn’t so she made it again .

This is a very consistent Starbucks location overall and service has always been friendly. Drinks generally come out fine, never had a noteworthy issue with an order. Mobile order customization is generally accurate. The service is probably my favorite part about this location, they've always been friendly and professional when I've gone through. They will sometimes staff someone outside to take orders which seems to speed up the drive-thru line, which is good considering the only negative I have for the location which is... The location itself (geographically only!) is unfortunately one of the worst in the region; the parking lot is small and cramped, and during peak hours the drive-thru traffic will block anyone parked in the area that wants to get out.
