Starbucks Coffee Company

This is a good Starbucks location. Service is usually quick, orders are consistent, and the place is clean. Seating is comfortable if you want to sit for a bit, and it’s an easy stop whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or taking a short break. Reliable and convenient, which is exactly what you expect from Starbucks.

I placed an order and it said to pick it up at 1:58. When I arrived, I went to the pick up area. I was never greeted. After 5 minutes, I noticed that the drink being made, wasn't mine. I asked the gentleman if perhaps I made an error and selected drive thru instead of in store. He then told me it hadn't been started yet. This was at 2:06 and it had not even been started. I was going to be late to where I needed to be. So I asked for a refund, but because I used my stars, they could not do anything. So I waited and somebody else made the drink for me. I could understand if this was a busy time because at times the drive thru line is really long and the inside is really crowded. But at this time today, it was not busy at all. I come here so frequently and I usually love it. The baristas are friendly and rock but the drinks haven’t been consistent at all lately. They’ve been tasting “watered down” but not because they are melted or have been sitting. 🙁 I have also gotten a couple of drinks that are labeled correctly but taste way off like a completely different drink. Otherwise it’s great and this will continue to be my spot I just hope for more consistency!

The shop has recently been renovated, the staff is friendly, and they make the drinks exactly as ordered. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. I tried the Pistachio Latte from the winter menu and it was savory and delicious!

we waited 35 minutes in the drive through to pick up a mobile order. when we got to the speaker we asked if they could ensure our drinks were still hot since it's been so long and they said yes it is. we got to the window and the drinks felt very light and definitely cold. i opened them up as we were driving out of the line and they were so empty!! my boyfriend went back inside to ask them to remake it and the lady said "well maybe you should've come in the store then." he was in shock he said "excuse me??" and she said "yes the drive through gets backed up you should've just come inside." he was speechless and just asked them again to please remake it and they did while whispering to each other and throwing looks at him. there were 3 other customers in there also waiting from the drive t
