They are always rocking it in the mornings! Everyone is so helpful and personable, amazing customer service! Very clean and upbeat atmosphere, delicious coffee, and they give you that small-town coffee shop feel. The morning manager is the best, and she keeps things moving smoothly and with a kind attitude. I was very happy with the service she provided.

Yesterday I ordered two Bacon Egg Bites at Starbucks and there was a mistake, but I let it go because the team there is always so kind. They remember me every time I come in, and they always give my dog a pup cup—she truly loves it. What really stood out was Jalen. She actually called my office while I was seeing patients to let me know she had something for me. I didn’t realize who it was at first, but she was so sweet, apologized sincerely, and brought me the other order of Bacon Egg Bites. She didn’t have to go that extra mile, but she did. I told her, honestly, if that’s the worst thing that happens today, it’s a good day. Excellent service and a wonderful team—thank you.

My local Starbucks is really just a bike ride away (assuming I’d get on my bike). It’s a quicker drive. Very conveniently located in the heart of Eagle River it is a reliable stop for tried and true regular and seasonal favorites. Their drive-thru has remained open throughout Covid. The people who have worked here to make sure we all get our coffee fix are no less than heroes. Grace helped me out today and made me feel less of a fool when I went to grab the no contact mug they are handing drinks out in. I love their cold brew but decided on an iced green tea today, extremely refreshing! Their breakfast options and pound cakes are also delicious.

Thank you Maddy, Devin, and Corey for remembering my ridiculous matcha and sandwich order! I genuinely appreciate the friendliness and efficiency when I drive thru. Wonderful staff!

Baristas were friendly, drink was made just how I ordered it and drink was also made in a timely manner. This location was clean, bright and cozy interior with a inviting fireplace and comfy couches to hangout on.
