Thieves! Employees steal money by adding tips to orders on their own. I have the video on my body cam and dash as proof. A drive thru employee adding a $5 tip to my order. I went to tap my card and then said to her "did that say 10.86"? Was only a $5.86 bill. She says no and snatched the card reader away. I look at my account and sure enough she added a tip. She lied and said ibwas only charged for the drink. Manager didnt really care really at all when I called. Tips have to be added manually and all I did was tap my card.im gonna blast them on every single Facebook page and review. I have almost 7 million views on Google. Its not about the $5 its about the lie and theft with the manager not giving a care

I’ve only ever visited this location twice. The second time I ordered the same exact thing. The sandwich was sloppy. Literally falling apart bc of how soggy it was even though there was barely anything on it. Not even sure how that works. and the bag was covered in sauce that doesn’t even go with my sandwich. It’s just annoying. Train your employees better.

I have been coming to this Starbucks to work for at least half a day for the last month while I've been in town taking care of my dad's estate. I have never been to a Starbucks where I feel THIS welcomed! The staff is super friendly and every one of them always has a big smile when you walk in. At least one person always yells to welcome you in and says to have a great night when you leave. With almost every drink I've ordered, they write a cute note on the cup that always brings a smile to my face. I've been sitting in the same place most days and they often bring my order out to me. Today they even brought out a complimentary warmed up pumpkin muffin to my table! This Starbucks is also always super clean and it feels calming to work here. I've taken video conference calls and many meetin
