Starbucks Coffee Company

UPDATE. The manager Tamika spoke with me, personally called me and invited me back. I wasn't sure when we would be back but a few weeks later we came in and she had told me she retrained the employees with how to make matcha and they were much more personable. Now when I go to this Target, I stop by here if the line isn't crazy long! I have had a much better experience. I have never had a manager reach out to me directly and actually listen to my concerns! 10/10 now. Terrible service, extremely slow. Didn't make the drink right, when I took a drink as I walked away I couldn't even try to finish the drink, I came back to get them to remake it and they didn't even acknowledge me after finishing the drink they were on. I tossed it and called corporate as soon as I got in the car.

Service was pretty much non-existent. Ordered 2 pink drinks (came with a friend) and there was one other customer inside. Three employees. We sat in the front chairs near the counter. Waited 10 minutes and never heard our name called. My friend went to the counter and there our drinks sat, ice already melting. It was as if we weren’t even there. I definitely won’t be going to this location again.

Drinks and sandwich was good, but the worker’s attitude was the opposite. I will never go back to this starbucks if i see she is the one working. She was beyond rude when we were trying to order and then complained when I tried to use a gift card. Something needs to be done with her and her attitude or yall will be losing way more customers than just me and my family. This was around 1:30 on March 26th.

Only giving a star because zero is t and option. I ordered a blonde coffee with almond milk, maybe it was brewed last week. It was curdled and had an odd separation going on, not to mention the assault on my taste buds. The pink drink was also curdled and separated, not exactly sure what’s going on at that store. GO TO STARBUCKS AT BARNS AND NOBEL ONLY A FEW STORES DOWN!! it’s worth the walk.

I’ve not had any negative experiences at this Starbucks, and my husband finds their black coffee to be much stronger than the coffee at the standalone Starbucks here in town. It’s just an added bonus that it’s inside Target!
