Starbucks Coffee Company

The service was terrible. There was hair in the coffee. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Very busy.. the only starbucks in the area... you have to wait 25minutes or even more to get your coffe.... even when you order water they give it to u in a small cup.. the prices are higher than normal .inside kings dominion cloths store

OMG! Do not get a Cappuccino here. It’s all foam and three sips for $5.59! Not impressed. I’ve had better experience at other Starbucks.

Unbelievable rude staff. Waited in line for 10 mins before park closed in line that extended out the door. Got inside store and waited another 5 minutes when a staff member came up and told me that the person in front of me would be the last person they were serving and that my young daughter and I had to leave. I explained that we been waiting in line for 15 minutes, my daughter only wanted some hot chocolate after having a disappointing park experience and that could we please be served. The Starbucks employee responded “I don’t care, you need to leave” and basically pushed us out the door. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve seen.

Customer service was very rude. I was rushed throughout my entire experience there. A man with twists told me he was going to throw my drink away and did not have to make it. I ordered a caramel frappe and my drink was watery and did not have any whip cream and orders after me were being given out while I waited. I do not recommend!
