I truly cannot say enough great things about this Starbucks location! Between the incredible staff and the sheer consistency of the drinks, this place is in a league of its own. ​The team here consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel like the most important customer in the building. Every visit starts with a genuine smile and ends with a perfect cup of coffee. What really sets them apart, though, are the conversations—they are so personable and sincere that I always leave with a smile. ​If you want great coffee served by people who actually care, this is the spot. Angela D’alessandro is the heart and soul of this Starbucks. She’s an incredible human being and offers the very best service. She makes me feel welcomed every time and also knocks out the basics of fast and reliable drink delivery. If I had a vote she would be running this chain!

Working in a high end sales business I know what it requires to take care of the customer. The manager here delivers, some of the employees deliver but I also seem to see the same person working that clearly doesn't deliver. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but it starts with an E, I think. She just really always seems bland, unhappy with her job and kind of walks around like she's the 'boss', I know she isn't because I grabbed a business card! The croissant and coffee was good!

I visited this location and sat inside. I tried to study for my classes, I have a big test coming up. The food and drink is what I would expect from Starbucks but the employees... they were mostly rude. This guy/person Emeran or something, with dyed hair was working and was just awful. I could hear him bad mouthing his employees and just barking out orders. What a toxic place to work, I'd never work there and I'll never go back in there to study again. I can't believe Starbucks allows someone like that work for them. I feel bad for the employees that have to work with Emerald.

I am at this Starbucks all of the time, and really the staff is amazing. Especially Angela. The service is always awesome so I felt compelled to write a review.
