Im so sick of this place 4 times same thing every time you can call a manager and nothing changes why in the world are you gonna hand a hot cup of coffee out the window with no hand warmer on it then when you ask they get twisted about giving them to you I guess they expect the coffee to get cold before we pick it up to drink I know one thing its a major law suit coming there way when someone gets burnt this 8s ridiculous another thing when I ask for flavor and cream abd get charged extra for then I get a cup of coffee with bareling nothing I paid for in it these kids yall have working here does not have a care in the world make some changes or this place will go out of business quick. Boycotting until someone can change this place everyone I run across I will tell my experience of this pl

After reading the other reviews, I wasn't sure what my experience would be like today. For me, my son, and niece: 3 drinks, 3 food items ... It was great!!! I only wish my bacon on my sandwich would have been crispier but it wasn't bad enough for me to deduct a star. The lady at the drive-thru window was extremely courteous and helpful. We're all very happy with our experience today! 😊😊😊❤️

Starbucks in DeRidder, Louisiana is STRAIGHT FIRE! ☕️ The Blonde Roast on its own? Straight GOAT status 🐐☕️ Nothing else even comes close. Nothing. Nada. Zilch Baristas at this spot? This place is very subpar. The lobby is tight, drafty and inconvenient. The drinks are always late and never hot. The people at the window seem stressed and aren't taught much customer service. I've heard the phrase "we'll try to get that ready for you" when picking up mobile orders a couple times. Even when picking up after or on the expected time. This time I was handed a gross sticky cup. They don't hand out sleeves on hot cups anymore? It's really on par for the food places around it but DeRidder standards suck for service around here. Can't wait to see what pops up there next.

My experience here was not so pleasant I stopped here after an appointment and was going to do my school work here, the lady that rung me up seemed nice. I am upset at the lack of common courtesy, the lady that rung me up repeated my order back to me and still messed up the order, then when I went to go tell her about it the other co-worker told me I was gonna be charged for their mess up. This isn’t about paying for their mess up it is about the principle and the prejudice I experienced, I asked for a refund because the lack of common courtesy and prejudice I felt they had. If you cannot have common courtesy then you cannot have my hard earned money.
