Starbucks Coffee Company

A very nice, warm, and cozy little place to enjoy some morning coffee and catching up on work. The staff are awesome and very caring. My only issue is that the parking lot is so crammed and it’s nearly impossible to pull out when there is a long drive-through line stretching to the entrance of the street. My car got scratched twice in this parking lot because of how tight it is. They need to do something about the traffic pattern because it is ridiculous!

literally the worst matcha i have ever gotten in my life. it was gritty and thick, and it just tasted like spoiled milk or something. i couldn't even finish it, it was so disgusting.

How the twp approved this location blows my Mind. So dangerous with cars littlerally on the highway because the parking lot is so compact. Not to mention last time I got a tall coffee from here it was a hot tea instead so had to go all the way back.

The staff was so nice. Unfortunately, the inside was a absolute garbage dump. The floor was lined with trash, the supplies weren't filled and every table and seat in the place was covered in coffee and crumbs. I asked the staff, "May I have a wipe? I would love to help you clean your tables." I thought that might give her the idea that the tables needed to be cleaned but it didn't. My friend and I were there for an hour. At one point we were the only patrons in there. Still no one came out to tend to the seating area.

I went through the drivethru and the 2 guys at the window were not only rudely handing my order to me, they were also speaking quite loudly to each other complaining about customers. I said thank you each item that was handed to me, and at no point was anything said to me. After I had my items, he just closed the window and continued their complaining to each other. The 2 of them are nothing short of egregious. The rest of the staff however is fantastic. If those 2 weren’t there, it would be my favorite Starbucks. Some of us have to use the locations with the drivethru cause we have young kids, but when the staff is that rude, I just rather go around the corner to the target Starbucks instead.
