Starbucks Coffee Company

Paid for a venti caramel Macchiato and received a small. Paid for a venti coffee that was delivered almost empty! Called the store and they were no help.

Tbh, every Starbucks I’ve been to I’ve never really had a bad experience. I might have had like a drink not made quite as good as another Starbucks I’ve been to but that’s the extent of it lol. This Starbucks was pretty good the staff was great and gotta say the drink 🥤 was made just right definitely the way I liked it…. SWEET! 😊

Super nice people, quick service. Surprised at all the stuff they had in there beyond just coffee (since I don’t drink it! 😉). Lots of breakfast foods and other kinds of drinks. Did I mention the super nice people?!

Wish I would’ve saw these reviews before taking my kids in on Halloween dressed as Starbucks . The guy taking the order seemed as though he was forcing himself to talk to them, the girl act as if she was so busy couldn’t even ask her a question without her looking like we just threw a monkey ranch in her day, she completely ignored them . She only laughed when my daughter said she loves Starbucks and the guy said “you can take the rest of my shift if you like” as if there was this inside joke going on. My daughter was so excited to go there because she loves Starbucks and said “everyone is going to say how pretty we are” but my kids were truly ignored. And NO ONE was in there. It’s common courtesy that’s all, these are kids. Interactions means the most to them. You’re in fast food (coffee)
