I come here multiple times a week, all the staff are very friendly and amazing. My drinks are always delicious. Special shout out to Traci who always makes me feel valued and special since she always recognizes me and remembers my order! It means so much!

I come here multiple times a week and love the vibe and the staff! recently I've noticed that some mornings the drive thru wait is longer than usual and whenever I get to the window it's the same manager working it. Last week I sat outside a closed window holding out a cash tip for over a minute with her back turned to me. Finally a different employee came over and took it from me. I've gone elsewhere lately because the wait has derailed my morning multiple times

I came in to Order Venti Mango Dragon Fruit with water refresher and made so clear to shake it but what does the Brewster Riley do in front of me she doesn’t shake at all, so I asked her to shake it please! My question is why aren’t you shaking g it from the beginning to me the answer is laziness and don’t care about the paying customers because if you did you would have been doing it correctly from the first time! It’s terrible service with bad attitude!

Friendly staff in good humor. I usually ask for "as much whip cream as you can stuff in there" and typically get a mountain of it. Awesome. Regularly come here rather than other places.
