Starbucks Coffee Company

Really good service. I was actually able to get my refill to the drive-thru but next time I know to get it to the lobby and while I enjoy it the lobby. Thank you for being understanding. It snowed today so I didn't want to get out of my car 😀

Starbucks is almost always a good experience. Consistent quality and friendly staff. While the boutique roasters from places like Seattle descended into sickeningly sweet, under roasted beans, Starbucks stayed true to their product. Not the most delicious espresso but you can always count on it to be consistent.

Baristas here get my drink partially and sometimes completely wrong with shocking consistency. Out of my last 10 orders at this location, 4 have been incorrectly prepared, and two have been a completely different drink than ordered.

I don’t drink coffee, in fact, I hate the smell of coffee, but I do like Starbucks caramel Frappuccino. It’s the only thing that keeps me coming back.

I ordered a mocha which had no taste of chocolate within and tasted like a regular latte or cappuccino. Service was slow and rude when I was ordering and when I asked for a refill (which was applicable!). They refused to refill my black coffee despite that being a general offer written on the tables as well.
