Every visit to the Northvale Starbucks location is a great experience, and Jesse and Jasmine make it even better.They’re both consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely care about customers in a way that really stands out. The drinks are always made right, the atmosphere is welcoming, and their positive energy makes every visit feel a little brighter. This location is so lucky to have them.

I’m here almost every day, and this Starbucks never disappoints. The staff is super nice especially Jesse and Jasmine, the drinks are always on point, and it’s just a great place to start the day. You can tell the team works hard and cares about customers. Definitely my favorite Starbucks!!!

I typically drive-thru 5 days a week and can't say enough wonderful things about the baristas in this store and particularly a young man named Ryan who, on his way into work, helped me with an issue with my car in the drizzling cold rain no less. Long story short, he was my HERO that day and if I didn't love this neighborhood Starbucks enough already, this remarkable gesture made my week! In world where kindness is a rare commodity, both he and his manger restored my faith in humanity by going above and beyond customer service.

I raise the issue of short-changing by Starbucks in Northvale, NJ ~12:45 pm, Monday, 12 January, 2026. There are more than 100 billion pennies in circulation in the United States. However, if you are unable to make change, responsibility for the difference rests with Starbucks, not the customer. At stake is not the change per se, but the principle. Don't argue with the customer when an error is pointed out. My preference would have been to leave no star rating. That option isn't available at the Starbucks website. Revision of 13 January: I appreciate the timely response from Northvale Starbucks, and clarification with respect to the emerging penny shortage. I showed up this morning with correct change. While I use a credit card for most payments, I prefer cash for small charges like a cup

The kindest, sweetest, best baristas work here! Orders are always fast and accurate. More importantly, I took my puppy for her first “pup cup” and the staff made it the best experience! Starbucks are a dime a dozen, great staff like this are rare!
