Love this location. Employees are friendly, they get to know you. Calls you by name never had a experience like watching cheers when norm comes in the door. Never had a complaint on my drinks. I drive out of the way just to go to this location.

This is the best Starbucks in the twin cities. I can say that because I work at the bank across the street, and have been going to this location for almost 5 years. They always get my order right and it is always ready when they say it will be ready (which isn’t always the case at other locations) The people are pleasant, they greet me when I walk in and they always have what I want. The Manager and staff all deserve a raise.

I go through maybe a little to often and have always had amazing drinks! However last time I went my cup was so visibly not full. I would also love to add that I was the only one in line at the drive through :/

Chris, I’m writing this from the store. I’d like you to really understand how much your kindness and compassion is appreciated. With utmost gratitude, thank you. Drinks and food have always been wonderful at this location. No complaints. Staff is always friendly and cheery. This is my regular location to frequent for the last two years.

6-7 people on the clock, standing around, not greeting customers...just staring at the clouds while customers wait in line. And it wasn't even me who was personally affected - my brain was still on fire due to the lack of urgency/care. (Not all employees pictured - feel free to check time stamp to verify). You guys can and should strive to be better.
