Starbucks Coffee Company

I only go for my wife's coffee fix. I refuse to tip after doing your job. Starbucks should pay better if they keep forcing a tip. Support local.

I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever encountered; they just shut down the store without informing anyone on Google or anywhere else that it was closed. The most frustrating part is they are only open for drive-thru service; what about the customers who walked three miles just to grab a cup of coffee? Even when I approached the drive-thru window to order coffee, they refused to take my order. This situation is completely unfair.

Im sorry, but i really expect better quality from starbucks. On more than one occasion, i have gotten espresso put in my chai tea lattes (coffee makes me jittery and sick), and my sandwiches have turned out like this on multiple occasions as well. I expect this kind of quality from wawa, not starbucks. I assume the sandwiches are premade, but the issue still stands.

Sebastian was extremely kind and helpful in making my order right. Always a great experience at this location!
