I ordered online through the Starbucks app, accidentally ended up with meals instead of a drink, and owned up to the mistake at the window. All I asked for was a latte to be made that I was going to pay cause its my fault - nothing outrageous, just a basic fix. Instead of helping, the employee aka I’m talking about you gigantor, barely acknowledged me and told me to 'go back in line' because apparently courtesy stops at the drive-thru window and that there were “other customers waiting”… Yeah no ISH sherlock, thats everyone at a fast food place 🙄 Never, ever should a customer be told to go back in line when they're already at the window trying to resolve an issue. I have been coming to this location since I was in high school (2010). I am beyond fed up with the parking situation lately. The parking lot is 90% made up of clients of the yoga studio next door. I have to park in adjacent parking lots 99% of the time. When I go in there are 1-2 people in the actual cafe so I know the cars aren’t from other patrons. As I write this in the lot is full and there are three customers in the store— absolutely utterly ridiculous!

I love this location. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. They know my drink order as soon as they hear my voice at the drive thru speaker. They also have the best hot dark roast blend.

Please please please make an option to label hot drinks as hot instead of just labeling iced when it's an iced drink and leaving out iced when it's hot. This leaves so much room for mistakes to happen when baristas are just on auto mode making drinks. It'll save time since they won't have to be constantly remaking improperly made drinks. This happens everywhere and frequently.

My barista Eva was fabulous! She complimented my customization of my caramel macchiato and it really made my day!! I’ll be back soon.
