Starbucks Coffee Company

Great Starbucks location. Facility was very clean and the staff were extremely fast even though there was a large group of people in line when I first entered the store. Sucks they have no drive through though!

Customer service is great. Employees are able to handle the volume and still provide a great level of service. The problem is the location. Coming here anytime before 2pm is a problem. The sun hits the outside of this location so hard. Other than that this Starbucks features a large parking area but no drive thru. Located in the far corner of the Costco town center. Once the sun is done beating down on you this location is nice and not crazy packed. Restrooms could use a little extra attention.

I ordered 2 pink drinks and the coconut milk was bad cause its didn’t mix and was a clumped together. I couldn’t drink it and on my break had to take it back to get 2 new ones. This place is getting sloppy and too in a rush to make drinks right!! It’s sad cause the Oriole are very nice but the drinks need to be made 100% better!!

I mean not much to say here, the first time I let it slide because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but this is not the first time this happens to me, I’m missing at least 1/3 of both my coffees, I was a regular here but I think it’s time to look for a new place.

Traveling from out of state and this has got to be one of the worst Starbucks that I been to. First, when placing a mobile order they put our drinks behind the counter and then not one of the three baristas announced that they were done nor gave us the time of day to help hand us our drinks even though they were ready to go. We waited 15 minutes and finally after waiting in the ordering line we got our drinks from the cashier. Then after getting them we had ordered sweet cream foam on two with cinnamon and neither was included… we have to pay extra for that at least remember it. Would not recommend this Starbucks. I did not want to wait even longer for a refund so I am sad I wasted my money on something that I didn’t get.
