I often come in when a girl i believe is named Kyla is working. she’s always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help. Her bubbly personality always enhances the joy in my day. Whenever I’m unsure of what to order, she has the best drink suggestions and never disappoints. One time my drink didn’t taste quite right, and she was incredibly helpful and fixed it right away without hesitation. I honestly have no complaints at all. It’s my favourite study spot in town.

She’s always bubbly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Also, what are the chances that multiple people are mistakenly using the same simple mispronounced name? It feels less like feedback and more like people piling on to tear someone down. Reviews should focus on the food and the service as a whole, not on bashing young employees. This behavior is childish and completely unnecessary. Fix your manners, work on your social skills, and focus on yourselves instead of targeting someone else. This location is great, and it deserves better than this kind of negativity.
