Starbucks Coffee Company

The team at this Starbucks went above and beyond for this out of towner who had just finished visiting a local Philly museum. They were so friendly to me and my kiddo and it really just takes an extra minute to show that extra kindness and care. I just wish I would've gotten the name of our barista. Hearts to you Philly!

This is the worst starbucks I have ever ordered from. I stay at Live casino about once a month or so, and I order coffee from this location several times over the course of each stay because it is the only Starbucks nearby. Good god almighty this place SUCKS. They have never once made a drink correctly- even without modifications, they will leave out toppings/syrups/ etc and have not grasped the concept of cold foam, which every other Starbucks I’ve patronized has been doing for years now. My order has been over 40mins late on multiple occasions due to the store being “busy”… This is worse than gas station coffee for 5x the price, and at this point I feel like an idiot for hoping anything will change.

This location of Starbucks used to be ok. Neighbors used to go, sit down for a bit, and have a coffee/drink and chat with family and/or friends while at it. But they got rid of the tables and chairs, indoors and outdoors. They also got rid of the bathroom. They really don't care about communities nor sustainability since it's all take out. Not for me, thanks. I would give them a zero if I could.

I bought a chocolate croissant for my son to eat before school, but it wasn’t warmed properly at all. The croissant was hard, and my son refused to eat it. When I brought it back right away and asked if they could warm it a bit more, one employee refused simply because the pastry had already left the store. Very disappointing service and no flexibility for a simple request.

Decided to order something simpler in an effort to prevent the drink from being made wrong. I ordered a grande vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it's just vanilla iced coffee. There was only 1 customer ahead of us and no other orders for them to handle. They took the lazy route and didn't bother to make the cold foam. The drink itself is sour. Didn't bother to complain and have them remake it, because I paid with a gift card and didn't want to be a karen. Thought I would leave a review because of the poor quality drink and low consistency. Go support a local coffee chain instead. You won't be disappointed!
