Starbucks Coffee Company

We stopped here for the first time while waiting for Nikes to open. Lots of free parking with handicap. accessibility. Next door is Sees Candies. Hiw convenient is that. The servers here were really friendly and welcoming. They were fast efficient out going and even had time to chat. We could tell they like their job. The interior was neat clean organized. There's counter seating as well as table seating. The restroom was neat and clean.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the 5 cities. The drinks are perfect every time. I am convinced it is because the baristas’ mental health is better because there is no drive thru. Order on the app, run in, and grab it. Way faster than drive thru! Thanks guys

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered a quad shot- watched her pull two shots (I typically see them do two of these when I order) let them sit for three minutes while she did other things. She pours only two shots in a venti cup tops it with ice and milk to the top which was not my order. Cold foam maker had been sitting there and used for three other drinks without cleaning. She pours it into a match touching the rim and does not clean it out before using it for my coffee drink. There’s crusty milk caked to the side and she’s just free pouring in it. That could’ve not been clean since its first use at opening this morning for all I know. My jalapeño chicken pot is cold on the inside. Thoroughly disappointed and grossed out with this location. Did not get her name but she is a blond lad

I, too, had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. I have been a customer for years at this particular location and others throughout SLO County as I have lived in this community for more than 20 years. Yet, I was questioned as to whether I was a paying customer after I requested the restroom code. While the cashier eventually offered the code after he saw that I was a legitimate customer, the initial assumption was that I was not going to purchase anything. Yes, we had every intention of purchasing a drink and sandwich, and we did so. This may be the national policy with the sign on the door. However, anyone looking at my teenager and I (we are people of color) would reasonably assume that we were not taking advantage of a Starbuck's restroom. I have NEVER been denied a rest

I would give this specific location ZERO stars if I could. My husband and I are avid Starbucks coffee drinkers. I spend so much money on this company every year therefore I know what kind of great customer service they are capable of delivering. This location however, failed tremendously to do so. On 10/3 around 4:40pm my husband went to use the restroom while I ordered and this random lady who was NOT in uniform, harassed my husband and would not let him use the restroom. She repeatedly asked him if he had purchased anything to which he said yes and she then proceeded to tell him that the restroom was for paying customers only. First off all, who are you to harass my husband when you’re not even in uniform? Very unprofessional. I don’t care WHO you are. Should I assume you only stoped him
