Starbucks Coffee Company

I'm a local, so I go here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I even bring my dog with me every time and they are very helpful and accommodating if you bring your pet with you. They know my name and also my dogs, they know what we like to order. I always get him a pup cup (if you don't know what that is it's just a small cup of whipped cream), which is automatically added to my order as soon as they realize who I am. My order has always been correct and I've never had any issues with the quality of the of my order. So between the great customer service and the personalized experience coupled with never screwing up my order I can't not give them a five-star rating because they've only given me five star service. I never wrote any reviews for Starbucks before, because Starbucks is Starbucks, chain stores. But, I felt like I have to write something for this one. It’s good to drop by before heading to Fort Bragg, nearly 2 hours drive on hill road. Friendly service. Nice smiles. Beautiful paintings. Small but clean. Will come back instead of going to McDonald if I go to Mendocino again.

My standard review for a chain outlet is 4 stars. This Starbucks tastes 5 stars because it's comfortable, tidy, well appointed, has pleasant baristas, and has a plethora of power outlets.
