My wife and I ordered two drinks though the drive through and the barista wrote ‘Uranus’ on our cups. They were rude and disgusting and disrespectful. Go to a different coffee shop for sure.

Almost 7 months EXPIRED guac that I ate! This is my second time receiving expired guacamole with my bagel. The first time you could clearly tell that they had scratch out that expired date. I’m not sure if this is a money, saving tactic where they freeze the guacamole but this is extremely unsafe and could cause people mold toxins, and food poisoning. The texture and taste of my guac was horrid and I felt immediately sick!

Make this make sense Starbucks. I purchased 2 venti teas. Husband is sick and this seems to help. I asked for 1 with no water, so he could have it in a few hours when he wakes up. The morning crew refused to leave the water out stating they can't give product away. They weren't "giving" me anything for free. I WAS PAYING FULL PRICE FOR THE DRINK WITHOUT WATER. This is exactly why we go to Grounds For Coffee. This was a lack of common sense. WTH.

Went to Starbucks to grab some hot chocolate for the night and the experience wasn’t that great. Not only was the hot chocolate missing whipped cream on 2 of the 3 of them it tasted watered down and stale with very little chocolate flavor half empty cup on 1 of the 3 & to top it off It wasn’t very warm. We waited in line for over 30 minutes for what seemed like rude staff once they realized they were not getting a tip for the wait time as well as their behavior at the window. Wouldn’t recommend during the holidays. I spent about $28 dollars tonight and realized I should have just taken the family to Maverick and paid less for better customer service.

Waiting more than 10 minutes for an order and they would just look pass the already made drink refuse to just bag them with a sideto go do other orders and getting more orders in from new customers lol .
