Starbucks Coffee Company

I travel with work. I go to Starbucks every single day. It’s one of my pleasures in life. I order the exact same drink each time and have for years. Yesterday I had the worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Stephanie, who has waited on us before and is pretty consistently rude. Makes my drink, it was incorrect. My drink is four shots with an inch of steamed sweet cream. It came out and was incorrect, she didn’t steam to cream and it was very small. I asked if the drink could be made correctly. The next time she gave me 8 shots. I kept asking why I couldn’t have what I ordered. The young girl that was training told me they tried to make it correct the first time, so now this is what I get. I was informed they don't serve coffee only refreshers...very odd interaction since I do believe starbucks does serve coffee.

My daughter and I stopped in for quick shopping and decided to get a hot chocolate. Alexis lit up with excitement to make them for us and I must say, Hands Down BEST hot chocolate we have ever had! She made them with a special touch! Thank you Alexis! You are Amazing!

I tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It was insanely very good. The service was done very fast and the staff was friendly.
