I had a really good experience with barista Daisy. She was so kind and had great customer service. I ordered a drink with strawberry purre, which was 100% my fault when it turned out bad and she made sure I got a new drink that tasted better. 10/10 experience

Dakota the employee said she doesn't feel comfortable serving me. Because she decides to handle the trash before serving me ,so now she doesn't want to serve me because she only washed her hands like a little kid when she is and employee and didn't wash her hands for more than 3 seconds how did the soap wash off ,at least get as close to 20 seconds as possible , wear gloves or something

I’ve started stopping by on my way to school quite frequently, and these amazing baristas never disappoint. My coffee is quick and always made perfectly! It's always efficient, serves delicious coffee, and has a fantastic atmosphere. It's truly an amazing place to stop by.

This place is usually very good to stop in at for a quick drink if you're on the run. Today the drive thru was busy and has a line of larger vehicles in it so I had to wait to move forward to access the speaker. When I was able to pull forward I hadn't even the hood of my car by the speaker when they started speaking and sounded agitated. When I stopped, I politely explained that I had just gotten to pull forward to access the speaker and I was able to place my order. They didn't ask if I wanted room for cream, etc. I got to the window and upon seeing that I was using a card, the person inside thrust a card reader at me which I nearly dropped. This caused me to hurt my shoulder. My drink arrived with "Wow!" written on it and I had to ask for a copy of my receipt and received a snarky reply

These guys spoil me! I made sure to stop in for my birthday drink and it looks and tastes very delicious. I always warn them that my drink is a mouthful to order but they get it right everytime! Its a grande caramel frappuccino, 4.75 pump on the frappuccino roast. Double blended 2%, caramel sauce inside the cup and on top, no whip! So tasty!
